Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book my hotel room? Intermedia will reserve your hotel room on your behalf as part of our event room block. Please provide your requested arrival and departure dates during registration. Additional hotel details and confirmation information will be shared prior to the event.

Does Intermedia cover my hotel or travel expenses? No. Attendees are responsible for all costs associated with attending the event, including hotel accommodations, airfare, ground transportation/rideshare services, parking, and other personal travel expenses.

What is the dress code? Business casual is recommended for event activities. We suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater, as meeting room temperatures can vary.

When should I plan to arrive and depart? Please plan your travel around the official event start and end times. We recommend allowing enough time for hotel check-in and registration before the first scheduled activity. Registration opens at 3:30pm and the opening reception starts at 6:00pm.  The event closes at 12pm on day 3.

Will meals be provided? Meals and refreshments are provided as part of the official event agenda. Attendees are responsible for meals or incidental expenses outside of scheduled event activities.

Will transportation be provided during the event? No off-site transportation will be needed for any Intermedia hosted activities during the event. Transportation to and from the airport and hotel is the attendee's responsibility unless otherwise noted.

Can I extend my hotel stay before or after the event? Requests for additional nights are subject to hotel availability and may not be available at the event room-block rate. Any additional nights and related expenses are the attendee's responsibility. To extend pre or post your event dates, please contact forum@events.intermedia.com

What if my travel plans change? Please notify us at forum@events.intermedia.com as soon as possible if your arrival or departure dates change so we can update your room reservation.

Can I bring a guest? Event attendance is limited to registered invitees. Guests are not included in event activities, meals, or accommodations.
